2. Venue Tour

Once we have a clear understanding of your preferences, we curate a customized selection of venues and arrange either an in-person or virtual tour to show you your favorite options.

3. Suppliers

Following that, we proceed to lock in the essential suppliers (photographer, celebrant, hair and makeup, DJ, live musicians…) and any other important services you desire or require.

4. Decor Design

The decoration is crafted through a collaborative process, utilizing input from our questionnaire, meetings, and visual concepts in collaboration with our talented florists and designers.

5. Taster & Trials

Approximately 3 to 6 months prior to your wedding, we will arrange a brief rehearsal, a menu tasting to finalize your wedding menu, and a hair and makeup trial for the bride(s).

6. Coordination

When the big day arrives, our team is prepared to take care of everything from start to finish, ensuring you and your guests can truly unwind and enjoy every moment!
